We only used him because he was cheap. Wish we would've paid the extra for a good lawyer. He didn't show up in court while not only us but other clients of his were waiting. The Judge gave him an extra 20 mins and he still didn't show up. He did show up for the later time causing us and the other peo...ple to have to blow 3 hours till the next court time which at this time he did decide to show up actually acting nice. Not his normal character. We were asked question by the judge about money owed back to my husband from over paying child support. Charles Pope told us and the judge that he would write a letter to child support on my husbands behalf to recover the money. When I called the office he wouldn't do it.. So I'm reporting him to everyone. He is not a man of his word!!! Do not use him!!! You will regret it!!! His excuse for not showing up was he was with a client. Were we not important enough for him to be on time? Or was hooking another client more important? Also the court house we had to go to is an hour away from our home leaving us nothing to do while we had to wait on him!!

Charles pope and his staff are wonderful and always ready to do anything they can to help. He explained what to expect in court and what needed to be done before hand. He assistants are very helpful and knowledgeable. He always kept me informed on the status of the case. I would highly recommend this... firm to anyone who needs an attorney.
