I chair the firm's Business Section and am a member of the firm's Health Care Section. I focus on working as a long term "partner" with business and health care clients addressing a wide range of issues. Over my 25 plus years of practice, I have developed a keen sense for the practical approach that stresses collaborative and tailored results.

I have advised a wide array of business clients ranging from those that furnish products and/or services on a commercial basis to those that on a charitable basis provide grants or public benefit services. I also have advised many healthcare related clients ranging from institutional providers such as mental health, hospice, and hospital providers to physician groups.

Among my many accomplishments, I have successfully guided clients in the resolution of complex governance issues, response to compliance concerns (including self-disclosure when appropriate), development of effective compliance plans and programs, implementation of effective privacy and security policies and procedures, re-structuring of organizations, the sale or purchase of assets, and development and negotiation of effective contracts.
