About Douglas
Biography
I am a member of the firm’s Health Care and Business Practice Sections. As part of my health care practice, I work regularly with health care clients on HIPAA, fraud and abuse, regulatory compliance, certificates of need, employment arrangements, billing issues, as well as other health care-related matters. I have also represented a number of health care providers in various business transactions, including asset and stock purchase transactions and joint venture arrangements.
In addition to health care matters, I have advised corporate clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate ventures and other corporate matters.
A native of Massachusetts, I moved to the Chattanooga area in 2005.
