It was a scary situation. In my 50s and with the same company for 25 years. Now I’ve had 4 back surgeries and 1 more already scheduled. I don’t want to be Out-Of-Work. What should I do? I didn’t even know anyone who was on SSDI. I looked and looked, trying to decide: If I should call - or - Who I sho...uld call to find the right Attorney to represent me. Finally I called Peter Murphy, I spoke with Carla at the front desk and made an appointment. I met with Mr. Murphy right away. He was very respectful, confident and answered all my questions and he took my case. He called me later that night and to my surprise, he was filing my claim online THAT VERY NIGHT. He called me today and told me I had been approved for SSDI. Throughout the process, Social Security sent me a “ton” of forms, questionnaires, etcetera. They denied the initial request and I rarely knew what to do. Whenever I had ANY questions, I called Mr. Murphy’s office. They were always prompt, polite and many times said “Just let me handle that” It’s a long process and I’m sure I couldn’t have done everything that’s required without him. I’m grateful and I recommend Peter Murphy.
