Child Support From A Cash Employee

My client sought child support from her ex-husband. To add a wrinkle, my client's ex was paid almost exclusively in cash and much of that cash went unreported. I subpoenaed the ex's employment records ... and bank records. At hearing, I successfully presented an argument for the imputation of income based on his standard of living and the documents we requested. We won the child support award we believed was fair and accurate.
