Defense of Sub-Contractor in Construction Suit
Dec 15, 2015OUTCOME: Case against my client dismissed
In a lawsuit involving the collapse of a large deck on a $3M house that threatened the stability of the house, I was hired by the roofing contractor after he had mistakenly admitted to performing work ... that he did not perform during a deposition with his prior attorney. By carefully reviewing thousands of documents and using the best experts, I was able to show that my client had not performed the work in question on this project. The co-defendant, the general contractor (who was not represented by me) got a large judgment against him while my client was absolved of all responsibility and the case against him was dismissed.
