Both Brent Burks and I are Board Certififed Civil Trial Specialists certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Less than 2% of attorneys have this important certification.  What is unknown to the public is that most claiming to be trial attorneys dont have enough trial time or experience to even submit an application to become board certified.  Question: Do you want someone handling your claim that the insurance company knows is a settler and no threat to its insured?  Do you just rely upon a commercial where one claims to have a track record, but no board certification?  Do you want a law firm that claims to be local, but actually is based in another state?
