Donna is a wonderful attorney. I had an issue with the Chattanooga police department in which my daughter and me were arrested inside my home for disorderly conduct. The only disorderly person was the police officer that came into my home uninvited and decided to bully us. Despite the fact that it is... an invalid charge (you cannot be disorderly in your own home and I assure you we were not), the state attorneys office wanted to pursue a legal case against us.
