I am a single father and raising a 7 year old daughter by myself. Upon taking my ex wife back to court for back child support she filed a counter petition claiming there had been a meterial change in circumstances as she was now remarried. The trial judge Jerri Bryant for some unknown reason ruled ...in favor of my ex saying that we would now have joint custody. I then hired Mr. lawrence waho advised me "your making me start a race with a wrecked race car but we will see what happens". I appealed the decision to the tennessee court of appeals and won. Nothing is more important than your child and Im not sure I could have handled loosing my daughter so thanks Phil. I owe you everything.
