Rick Lloyd Moore

Rick L. Moore graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1975, from the University of Tennessee, and returned to his home town of Tullahoma, Tennessee, practicing law since 1975. He has been admitted to practice in Tennessee State and Federal Courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Moore is a member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, where he has served numerous terms as a member of the Board of Governors, Lawyers Involved for Tennessee, American Association for Justice, the Public Justice Foundation, Circle of Advocates, Tennessee Supreme Court Historical Society, Tennessee Bar Association, as well as the local Coffee County Bar Association.

With over forty years of experience, Mr. Moore is a leading personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney known for his aggressive representation and altruistic business philosophies. Mr. Moore served as Coffee County Juvenile Court Judge, 1980-1983, and as City Prosecutor for the City of Tullahoma, 1984, both of which were part-time positions.

Since 2005, he has served as an Ombudsman volunteer with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), and was presented the Seven Seals Award for meritorious leadership and initiative in support of the men and women who serve America in the National Guard and Reserves.

Mr. Moore is a Life Member of Sigma Chi fraternity, a former Eagle Scout, and member of the Order of the Arrow. Rick is active in Tullahoma community and church activities, especially those involving underprivileged youth. Rick’s hobby is coaching youth soccer teams, and he is proud to have earned a C License in 1995 from the United States Soccer Federation.

Mr. Moore maintains a civil law practice with an emphasis on personal injury and workers’ compensation.
