Thank you for representing a foreign man from Iran. I was married to this man . His name is MASOUdD BAJESTANI. Vice president of nuclear power in Tennessee. this man was sending money to Iran for over 20 years. During this time. He left his first wife with nothing. The lawyers that represented him g...ave him the gateway to leave his family with nothing. While I his wife . SUZANNE BAJESTANI Was threatened to make sure she did not get any type of recognition or compensation for the three children that she raised for 17 years. This lawyer took and ran with the situation because he knew how much money my husband had. He did not care if my ex-husband was screwing TVA by transferring money to Iran, in which he was doing for over 20 years. Lawyer Meldorf upheld for him and left his wife and three children with nothing. He upheld for a criminal a foreign criminal that in which MASOUD BAJESTANI was dealing with the nuclear power in Iran . He also threatened his wife that he would flee to Iran and leave his three children with nothing if his wife would take his money or any of his assets.. this is an example of what this lawyer stands for. My children have suffered for this. If any lawyer represents something like this, that shows you what he stands for. He transferred money to Iran during the sanctions and that should’ve been the money that he gave his family during the divorce, but it was taking from him anyway. Thanks for the good reputation that you gave my children and I ! He didn’t deserve what he got and how he got off so easily but he deserved what he got in the end! Thanks for your intelligent input, which did no good in the end

He has to be the worst lawyer practicing. He represented my daughter and after almost $20,000 cash and a year to go to court, she walked out of the courtroom in worse condition than when she walked in. She was told, and I heard it, that she would walk out with custody of her children; and that did...n't happen. She did the leg work and provided evidence; while he collected the money, and didn't use all of the evidence. She ended up with limited visitation and paying child support. The husband was of extremely poor character and couldn't provide for the kids; yet she lost. She had better character and the means to support and educate the children; yet the judge ruled otherwise. Mr. Meldorf chose the judge and venue. We wanted civil court; he chose chancery with a pitiful judge. He gave little counseling and what was given was poor; charged for subpoenas supposedly served yet people didn't show up; questions she was coached on were not asked; pertinent info he had was not used. Basically, everything he suggested she do came back to bite her. His strategy was exactly opposite from what the judge wanted.
