also known as Kent Jones, Jones & Associates PC
I graduated from Hixson High School in Hixson, Tennessee and did my undergraduate studies, with a dual major in Honors Political Science and English, at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. My JD (law) degree came from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC, where I finished first as an oralist in the Phillip Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and was appointed to be a Member of the GW Moot Court Board.
During law school, I clerked for a federal securities law firm and a prominent worldwide international trade law firm. Post law school, I served both as in-house counsel and corporate trainer for a large, Chattanooga, TN based corporation focused on enhancing the brand image of Fortune 500 companies. I then worked for a multi-state insurance defense law firm for 13 years before I started Jones & Associates, PC.
I enjoy fly fishing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snow skiing and reading during my spare time.
Presently, I am a student, studying for a Masters of Science in Psychology at the Southern New Hampsire University.
