A Bachelorette party goer was alleged to have relieved herself on the second level outside balcony onto patrons below of a popular Nashville Honky Tonk Bar. A security guard grabbed my client and took ... her to the nearest officer. She was charged with Public Indecency. Fearful that she might lose her job and she hoped to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. She also was concerned with having to travel to Nashville from her hometown in Louisiana for multiple court dates and possible meetings with her probation officer.
