Harold Scott Saul

I am very grateful to Mr. Saul for helping me through a difficult situation. He was upfront during the consultation, explained the process, the law and what to expect. Based on others in my situation that I spoke with Mr. Saul was more than fair with his attorney fee. Once paid he never asked for ano...ther dollar and was always available for my questions. From the very beginning I felt that he had my best interest in mind and genuinely cared about the outcome. Mr. Saul was able to achieve a better outcome than either of us were anticipating. I highly recommend Mr. Saul as a man of Honesty and Integrity.

I found that Scott Saul was not attentive in the matter of a minor possession charge from 2012, although he assured me it was a fairly quick and simple process. I paid in full in advance to expedite the proceedings but did not receive ANYTHING to date. 2015. He has no direct line, shares a line wit...h another firm, does not return phone calls, doesn't send promised Emails, or respond to letters in the mail. Do not use this attorney unless you have loads of time and money to waste. Three years later from whatever happened to you will still be happening to you if you choose him.

I had multiple things going on and settled on an attorney to handle my divorce, custody, insurance loss, and dui. Scott said he could get me a good deal on my dui but ultimately...18 months later...I got the same thing I would've gotten with no lawyer. He had no idea how to handle the case. I'm servi...ng time with people with the same circumstances as me who are doing half the time. I also paid Scott for an insurance loss case. He has had no correspondence with the insurance company, who won't talk to me since I have an attorney. So 6 months later, I have nothing to show for my 35k claim. He doesn't care For the divorce and custody, we paid him a year ago. He asked us to sign the papers multiple times, stating that the signatures were lost. At one point, he told mere file the papers by mail. He ever did. So we are out over 2k for that and will be taking it up with the board.

This guy seems fine when you first meet him but I had an awful experience. He's hard to get in touch with. He handled a DUI case for my daughter. She had witnesses that were willing to testify for her but her case didn't go before the judge for over a year. He kept saying that he would interview and ...prepare the witnesses but he never did. Of course after a year their stories were fuzzy. He never even prepared my daughter for her testimony. I guess he thought he could just wing it. I called him so many times. All I got was his secretary who offered no sympathy! I would never use him again!!
