Biography
Nashville employment lawyer Caraline Rickard uses her diverse legal background—which includes representing clients ranging from the people of Tennessee to Fortune 500 companies—to provide superior representation to Tennessee workers.
After graduating from Vanderbilt Law School, Caraline began her career by representing the people of Tennessee at the Nashville District Attorney’s Office and the Department of Children’s Services. She then successfully represented Tennessee workers in wrongful termination and discrimination cases at one of Tennessee’s premier plaintiff-side employment law firms.
Caraline then joined the Labor & Employment Group at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP, Nashville’s largest law firm and one of the 200 largest firms in the United States. At Waller, Caraline represented companies of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, all across the country.
Caraline now brings her recognized skill back to representing Tennessee employees, as one of the only Tennessee employment lawyers representing working people who knows what happens in the “other room” when employers are dealing with employment lawsuits.
