This lawyer is by far the most inclusive and productive attorney we have ever come across (we have had a few unfortunately). She will fight for you, with you, and include you in every step of the way! Truly grateful for this woman and her team! Not only we we able to come out on top we settled a case... that no one person thought was possible!

Ms. Rubenfeld and her team helped me through my divorce 5 years ago. I was very young with a newborn while trying to navigate a divorce due to my husband's infidelity. Abby met with me whenever I needed, emailed with me as long as I needed to, and returned my calls when I needed. She provided the b...est possible advice, and she fought for me even when I was ready to give up and give in. Even when I simply needed to vent, she always seemed to listen. When we would go to mediation and she would see my frustration, she would fight harder for me. When we would go to court and she would see my fear, she would reassure me. She was also always willing to work with me financially if needed. To this day when problems arise, she is still willing to provide the best legal advice. I have always been in awe of her talent and wisdom.

I recently attained the legal services of Abby Rubenfeld to handle a divorce. Her law firm was referred to me by someone I highly respect. Abby or someone from her team was always available to answer questions, exchange emails or at times, reassurance! I would recommend Abby without hesitation to ...anyone that might need any attorney.

Hired Abby for my divorce which should have been settled very quickly as neither myself of my spouse were fighting over anything. She would never contact the other attorney and only time I ever heard from her is when I needed to deposit more money into my account. She will not communicate by phone ...and every email is charged as 0.1 hours. At $350 and hour, this can easily add up very quickly and still nothing gets done. I finally terminated her as my attorney and self-represented....I negotiated a settlement and my divorce was final in less than three months.

I hired her for my divorce and custody case. She charged the consultation fee and a retainer that seemed to good to be true. But then once my case was active I rarely heard from her, she always had "staff issues", going through numerous receptionists and paralegals, she ignored my emails and her staf...f was rude and actually said "Abby doesn't communicate with her clients by phone, you'll need to email". Her paralegal Kari was the only helpful one and the only one that seemed to know what was happening in my case but she too always made excuses for why I didn't hear from Abby.
