Jennifer M. Eberle is a litigation and health care professional liability defense attorney at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. For the past several years Jennifer has worked to represent Tennessee's doctors, nurses, and hospitals in high exposure health care liability cases, and she has tried numerous cases to a successful resolution in courts across the State of Tennessee.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Austin Peay State University in 1998. During her undergraduate career, Jennifer spent time working at the State of Tennessee General Assembly for the House Majority Leader. Jennifer received her Juris Doctorate in 2001, with honors, from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
Jennifer is actively involved in professional organizations. She is a member of Nashville Healthcare Council - Leadership Healthcare, Rural Health Association of Tennessee, American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, Memphis Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court - Belmont School of Law Chapter.
