Met with this attorney in March 2009, and was recommended by a friend. He supposedly did a good job for a friend of hers few years prior. Paid him $1500.00 in cash for him to file bankrupcy papers for us in MAY! To be told our court hearing would be 30 days or so after filing. Called in June 1st t...o see when was our court date scheduled only to find out he did not do it and then said he would file ion JUNE 19. We left on vacation serval attempts to contact him to see if he followed through and no response after numerous emails, phone calls for 30 days he emailed us and said he did not do it once again and said he would in JULY. Once again we called and emailed to see what was up, we let go of the time before due to his mother passing away, however its been multiple months of no response to any phone calls per day and MASS email. We have asked for our money and documents to be returned only then getting an email from his son Chris saying he was sick for the weekend and had to go home early. That does not answer 4 months of no emails and phone calls not being returned!. NOW trying to get an appointment with him to get my documents and CASH back so I can hire another attorney to do the this job that should have been filed, and over with by NOW!! I would never recommend this person to anyone.............he might have been good years ago but apparently is no longer, he dont even have an assistant only his son to read his email on leap years!!!!!!!!!!
