Turn yourself in and appear in court with a lawyer. If your wife wishes to drop the charges she should communicate that to the DA asap.

Under current Tennessee law you cannot get judicial diversion for aggravated statutory rape.

Don't flee. Consult a lawyer and get prepared to turn yourself in. It only gets worse if you flee.

If there was no ticket, citation, or arrest then both are in good shape and need not worry.
