Met with him to get assistance with a claim against an estate. We agreed on a price, he told me what he needed from me, then not a single word from him. I sent all info 2 days after the meeting and asked a week later if everything looked alright and if he needed anything else. Over the course of a mo...nth, he continued to ignore emails and phone calls where I just requested an update and if everything was okay. With these situations, we've got a deadline and he has now wasted over a month of that short time by not communicating with me at all. I had no idea if he wanted to drop the case or if he was still working on it. He seemed so professional in person, but ignoring your clients is unprofessional.
