I worked for the Tn Health related boards and represented the St. of Tn to suspend the license of Elvis Presely's doctor and was successful. I have been in private practice for over 35 years and completed thousands of cases, most involing personal injury. I have represented the elderly for 15 years who have been abused, neglected, or injured in nursing homes from falls, bed sores, medicine errors, etc. I have a passion for elder abuse and have been successful in numerous contested cases
