Dan Todd has practiced in workers' compensation and related employment law as well as personal injury cases sine 1988 in the State of Tennessee. Mr. Todd received his undergraduate B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the Tennessee College of Law. He is admitted to practice before The United States Supreme Court, Tennessee State Trial and Appellate Courts, United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee, United States Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Tennessee Bar Association.

Workmans comp problem
