Daniel Gallagher Alholm

Mr. Alholm graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1999 and The Loyola School of Law Chicago in 2003. Mr. Alholm is currently licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and Tennessee as well as The United States Court of Claims and the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Alholm is a member of The Vaccine Injury Petitioners Bar Association, the Federal Court of Claims Bar Association, and The Nashville Bar Association. Mr. Alholm has spent most of his almost two-decade career representing individuals who were seriously injured by vaccines, medical malpractice, faulty products, carbon monoxide poisoning, and other forms of serious injury. He has also represented individuals in mass tort and multi-district litigation matters involving Roundup, hernia mesh, and other faulty medical devices.
Mr. Alholm was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. In 2018, he moved to Nashville with his wife Brooke and his two children. He loves his family, his dog Ferris, the Chicago Cubs, and golf.
