Hired her for a uncontested divorce. She said she'd have papers within 2 weeks. She did not speak to me until 3 weeks after she received full payment. She did not know how to file paperwork for an uncontested divorce (I informed her of the necessary documents). Then it was another 3 weeks until I had... the paperwork to review. Then another two weeks before she sent them to my spouse for signature (and not via return receipt as asked). She's also emailed me other client materials by mistake.
