So I went to court and this was my lawyer that showed up for the Tennessee child support office he was supposed to be a mutual party that's what I thought until he started putting numbers in the mother of my son's mouth on how much for childcare she when she didn't have no receipts on childcare. Winn...ingham would not let her answer to the judge at 1st. Then when I told the judge that my son tells me he stays home all by himself and she came clean with it too he had to take off the childcare.Then when he was making up the numbers for my gross income he added my expenses to it instead of subtracting it so now he wanted me to pay $554 a month for one child when I only make 1280 dollars a month after expenses. Then the second time we added it up it came to 490 a month after they childcare was tooken off but when I got to looking at how much winningham put down how much I I made gross it was up to 2500. So the only thing that I can understand is that he added my expenses to my rose and not subtracting it's really got me a little confused and would really love to talk to him and ask him why
