Noah Clarence McPike

Noah McPike is a senior associate with Almon Law, PLLC practicing entertainment, intellectual property, and business/corporate law on Nashville’s famed Music Row. Noah is a member of the American and Tenessee Bar Associations, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Recording Academy of America, the Copyright Society of the South and the Tennessee Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

Noah represents artists, songwriters, producers, investors, independent record labels, publishers, managers, and technology companies in transactional matters. Being an entertainment attorney in Nashville has allowed Noah to extend his passion of music to his professional career by helping people pursue their musical dreams. Noah spends his days working in the office but his nights are spent in clubs and venues supporting clients and looking to help artists get their big break.

Born and raised in Maine, Noah received his BA from the College of the Holy Cross and his JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Noah moved to Nashville because of his love of music especially the sounds of classic country, outlaw, and honky tonk country. Noah’s other favorite musical genres include jazz, crooner, classic rock and modern rock, and any other well written song.

From 2008-2010 Noah practiced as an attorney for a small firm on Music Row. Prior to that he gained valuable experience clerking for Loeb & Loeb of Nashville, Words and Music Copyright Administration of Nashville, and the Service Employees International Union. He was a student attorney for the Franklin Pierce Law Center Intellectual Property & Transaction Clinic during law school. In college Noah interned for NBC’s Meet the Press with Tim Russert in Washington DC. Noah also enjoys hunting, fishing, and is an avid Professional Bull Riding and New England sports fan.
