Nickolas Ian Schulenberg

I hired Mr. Nick Schulenberg for two separate cases in two different counties. He has represented me in both general session and criminal court. He worked out the best deal possible for me. Everything he said he would do was handled and he always kept me aware of what was going on. I can't give all ...the credit to Nick because his paralegal Mackenzie is the best she was always courteous and professional and got all my questions answers promptly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of legal representation.

I was represented by Nickolas in the state of Tennessee for the better part of a year. Over that year he failed to help me understand my charges or even the basic nature of the court process. Throughout the many court dates he failed to explain the purposes of my appearances, instead I was told to ju...st trust him and keep showing up. He repentantly told me to be patience and that there was little he could do to help his client at this point in the procedure(like explaining the charges to his client, or giving giving the prosecutor the requested documents to speed things up). Over that year we had maybe 4 or 5 conversations mostly about him being payed and explaining how the court was ignorant and unfair to him and he did not understand how they operated( there was some truth to this as it was obvious he was not respected by the court employees). Throughout the procedure he always seemed distant and unconcerned with the outcome of the case though he was very proactive about being payed. I would have been better of with a court appointed layer or even representing my self or just pealing to the mercy of the court.
