Grossly negligent

Complete incompetence displayed in a simple estate settlement. Months at a time spent with no response to emails, texts or calls, all the while being charged for every voicemail he listened to but didn’t respond to. Incurred fines for late paperwork that was promised by Charles to be filed on time. H...aving to deliver and file paperwork personally that fell under the tasks that Charles should have been taking care of. The list is a mile long, 2.5 years later there is still no end in sight. We hired Charles in the wake of the death of a loved one to help tie up the legal/paperwork end of things while we mourned. Instead we have been ignored, set aside over and over again, and handed countless hours of unnecessary stress which continues to impact our whole household. I cannot stress enough that Charles is not fit to be in his position, I shudder to think how he’s treating other families
