Do NOT hire
I hired Frank Brazil and Wesley Clark at Brazil Clark, PLLC but I had to sue them for misrepresentation and damaging my case. Do NOT mess up your case but save your money and find a better lawyer.

highly recommended
Wesley did more for my case than any other lawyer I have ever dealt with. In the past I feel like most lawyers just try to hurry up and move on to their next order of business but Wesley went back and forth until I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to do business with him again!!!

Professional and caring
Wes was extremely helpful, professional, and concerned. He kept me and my family informed throughout a difficult time and was very effective in helping to find a solution that was actually beneficial to me, instead of incarceration. Highly recommended attorney. Would definitely consult with him again...

Very Professional
As I was needing an attorney very quickly, I, obviousiusly, researshed the ones in the smyrna/La Vergne area and read the reviews on Mr. Wesley B. Clark. They were spot on correct. After an inital consultation, I hired him on the spot. He's incredibly knowledgeable of many different aspects of the la...
"Wes Clark is one of the brightest, upcoming legal rockstars in litigation protecting individual constitutional and civil rights. Watch him! He will move mountains and changes lives for entire communities before he's even really begun. It is my pleasure to call him a friend and colleague."
"I have known Mr. Clark for some time now and I gladly give him my personal endorsement. I have been practicing law for over a decade and I have known many lawyers. I can count on one hand how many I would personally hire, or refer to my own family. Mr. Clark is one of those. I routinely discuss criminal law cases with him and find him to be both analytical and passionate about his work. His knowledge of the law and its many subtle nuances is impressive. Finding a quality, knowledgable, and caring attorney can often be like finding a needle in a haystack. Mr. Clark is that needle! I endorse Mr. Clark without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer without reservation. Mr. Clark knows the law, is highly respected in the legal community, and is a tenacious litigator."
"Wesley is super smart, personable and hard working. He is driven to succeed, and uses that drive to help you with your case. A solid, rising star lawyer I am proud to know and work with."
"Even though I found myself to be on the opposing side of Mr. Clark in the Courtroom, I found his knowledge of the law to be impressive. He is a true litigator. I think it is important for potential clients to know that unlike some attorneys, Mr. Clark is willing to work with attorneys on opposing sides in a matter and seek a reasonable solution with professionalism, tact, and respect. I endorse him fully."
"Wesley Clark is becoming a regular face in the courtroom as a new member of the local bar. I have observed him argue before judges in difficult situations where the assistant district attorney was not giving Wesleys clients any breaks. In both cases, Wesleys clients ended up doing considerably less time in jail than was offered if they had accepted the plea offer. It is very impressive for a new attorney to be that effective. Wesley is courteous, motivated, and prepares accordingly for court. I look forward to working with him and observing his continued progress and success as a talented young professional."
