As a former entrepreneur, he has a track record of building and improving businesses with a leadership style that puts people first. His professional history includes designing or contributing to more than 50 interactive software titles—everything from enterprise applications to military simulators and licensed IP projects. This "in the trenches" experience is why he connects so well with the tech, film, and startup communities in Nashville. He understands the industry because he’s been a part of it. When he isn’t helping organizations scale, Michael stays active in the local arts scene as a board member for the Nashville Shakespeare Festival.
