My experience hiring Don for legal services last year was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. After agreeing to represent me and collecting payment, he essentially disappeared. I reached out repeatedly via phone calls and texts to ask for updates or guidance, but was met ...with complete silence for nearly two months. When he finally responded, his only comment was that “there was nothing he could do.” No explanation, no detailed feedback on the case, and no accountability for the time or money spent. His tone was indifferent, and it became clear to me that he had no intention of following through or providing meaningful support. I also requested an invoice multiple times to understand how my payment had been allocated, and to this day, I have not received one. This raises serious concerns not only about the service provided but also about the transparency and ethics of his billing practices. To be clear, I fully understand that not all legal matters end in success—but what I expected, at the very least, was basic communication and a sense of professional responsibility. Instead, I felt dismissed and taken advantage of. I consider the money spent a complete loss. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal counsel. If you value responsiveness, integrity, and accountability in an attorney, Don is not someone I would recommend under any circumstance.

I was arrested on a bench warrant after a traffic stop fairly late in the evening. My wife called my brother, and he referred us to Mr. Himmelberg. Mr. Himmelberg was at the courthouse at 8 in the morning to talk to the judge who had signed the bench warrant - it turned out it was a case of mistaken ...identity, and Mr. Himmelberg was able to get me out of jail that morning! I am very thankful to him for helping me end a rather terrible experience as quickly as possible. He has my highest recommendation
