I debated leaving this review because I initially thought maybe my experience was a one-off situation or that my matter was simply too small to receive much attention. After reading the other one-star reviews, however, I noticed several people describing issues very similar to what I experienced. I d...on’t want someone else to hire this firm without knowing what my experience was. I initially called specifically requesting Rachel. Instead, I was handed off to another attorney. That attorney later left the firm, and I received zero communication informing me of the change or explaining who would be handling my matter going forward. About nine months later, I reached back out and learned that my retainer had apparently been exhausted. I then had to send seven emails over approximately three weeks just to receive a response. After another month of emails, I finally have a call scheduled with someone at the firm. It still isn’t Rachel. Instead, I’m being assigned to the firm’s newest attorney. My biggest issue isn’t simply that I didn’t work directly with the attorney I originally requested. It’s the lack of communication, responsiveness, and continuity. When you’re paying a law firm to handle important legal matters, you shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase them just to find out who is handling your case or what is happening with your money. Read the other reviews carefully and use caution before hiring this firm. I wish I had. When multiple one-star reviews describe similar experiences, prospective clients deserve to know that before deciding where to spend their money.
