Robb Thompson

Where do I begin?! My case (I felt was unique) only to find out every case is unique! Robb was awesome every step of the way. He never made any promises, but made sure to advise me of all potential outcomes. I was anxious to get this behind me, but Robb pointed out that time was on "our side". ...He was accessible and not hiding behind 3-4 layers of support staff just to be able to speak with him.
