Mark Scruggs is a GREAT LAWYER!!!!

Mark Scruggs is a GEAT LAWYER!!!! Most important Mr. Scruggs takes the time and care to listen to his client. In my case I was [falsely charged] with theft of resident funds at an assisted living facility that I owned. The case was dismissed and never went to trial. My first lawyer suggested that I ...plead out and take one year's probation, notwithstanding the fact that I told him the charges were fabricated. Mr. Scruggs fought hard and based on his strong commitment to my case, through discovery confirmed fabricated evidence was submitted to the grand jury.
