Over the last several years, I have had the privilege to represent and help hundreds of individuals who have faced criminal charges. Focusing my practice exclusively on criminal defense, I have experience representing individuals charged with a range of crimes, from misdemeanor offenses to class A felonies.

You are more than just a docket number on the district attorney’s desk – and I will never forget that. I work hard to ensure that your Constitutional rights are protected. I review all evidence, case law, and statutes. Many of my clients are good people who made a mistake. I actively pursue all options to both avoid a conviction or to mitigate the impact a conviction could have on someone. Joe grew up in Delray Beach, Florida. He is a graduate of Duke University and the University of North Carolina School of Law. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, going on hikes, and spending time with his fiancée and dog, Tater.
