I reached out to Mr. Venick for his counsel on a separation agreement and for advice regarding discriminatory treatment I had experienced from my direct manager. Mr. Venick was out of town when I initially reached out and wouldn't be available until at least a week from my initial contact. As I... was under a time constraint I was anxious to meet with him. I shared that with his staff who apparently made sure Mr. Venick was aware of this. Mr. Venick was very responsive upon his return and scheduled a meeting with me on his 2nd day back in the office. During this 1st meeting, Mr. Venick took the time to ask me a lot of specific but thoughtful questions to help us move forward. Throughout the process, he was very responsive as well as proc-active in reaching out to me to make sure I didn't miss any deadlines. I would recommend(and already have) Mr Venick to anyone who needs assistance with employment/employer issues.

I needed to have a employment separation agreement and stock agreements reviewed in a formal and timely manner. I reached out to Mr. Venick's office and received a call back within the hour. I had my initial consultation within 2 business days and he reviewed and advised on the separation package a...nd the stock agreements within 24 hours of receiving the information. I found his council to be sound and prudent and am grateful for the timely manner of the advise. I would give Mr Venick the highest recommendation and have already recommended him to friends and business associates!
