Daniel Novick

Attorney Daniel M. Novick, Esq. is a music and entertainment industry veteran with over a decade of experience as a recording and performing artist, songwriter, and business owner. Daniel has recorded with a multi-Grammy-award winning producer, co-written songs with hit songwriters and has had his songs licensed and performed live by others. He has worked at a talent agency, a publishing company, a recording studio, and a multinational entertainment & media company.

Today, Daniel represents entertainment clientele and emerging businesses worldwide with respect to matters such as music recording and performance agreements, music publishing, new media & intellectual property licensing, merchandising, concert promotion, film production and distribution, in addition to providing commercial litigation services and advising on business entity formation and other related matters.

Clients include recording artists, award-winning producers, hit songwriters, music publishers, record labels, management firms, film companies, mobile app developers, fashion designers, photographers and various other individuals and companies in the entertainment industry.

Daniel graduated from Vanderbilt University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Corporate Strategy and, thereafter, received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he graduated with concentrations in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law. 

Daniel Novick is admitted before the courts of the States of California, New York and Tennessee.
