Dale Frederick Choisser

I spent 30 years as a managing partner at Burnside, Johnston, Choisser, Shaefor, &  Kelly, P.C., in Illinois, where he engaged in general civil practice, including matters involving bankruptcy, personal injury, family law, collections, foreclosures, contracts, estate planning, probate, and real estate. Upon retirement in Illinois, Dale and his family moved to Nashville in 2011, where he joined the Gordon Law Group as case manager of the firm’s bankruptcy and litigation cases.  Although he no longer practices as an active attorney, Dale’s decades of hands-on experience with a variety of case matters is a great asset to our attorneys.
