If they rejected your check,I probably would just continue to pay the 300 per month instead of more.If at the end of 12 years ,your PO doesn't file...

Their is a difference in an order of protection and a DV charge. You cant drop a DV charge but you can choose not to proceed on the OP charge...

Other states do not accept misdemeanor probation transfers. If he moves out of state, he would still be on probation thru Tennessee. Good Luck!
