Tamika helped me tremendously in my purchase of a new home from an awful builder a few months ago. With degrees in both engineering and law, she knew when the builder's agent and my realtor were lying to my face. She would call them out and take actions to fend off their various threats and pressure.... The whole process was incredibly stressful and I would have had a mental breakdown without the help of Tamika. She is not only an excellent lawyer but also a very caring person, which is not a characteristic you'll find in every lawyer. If I have to buy another house in the future, I will definitely have her review the contract before I sign it and I think all first-time home buyers should do the same.
