I used Mr. Terry after not getting any results from a previous attorney. Mr. Terry took my money but never had any results from him either. Ask for my money back and he refused to give it back. He was reported to the Board of Professional Responsibility and lost his license. If you want to try and re...cover your money contact the Board and they will direct you to the proper channels.

I hired Kevin Terry to represent me for my uncontested divorce and paid my filing fee and half his fee up front. He filed my divorce on 05/17/11. I've been trying to reach him my phone & the number is no longer in service, I can't reach him by email after attempting for 2 weeks straight, and I've mai...led him a correspondence over 2 weeks ago which I've also received no response either.

Hired attorney to do my custody and child support case last year. While I was a client, Mr. Terry changed email addresses, phone numbers, and moved without contacting me. Attorney took days to weeks to return phone calls and never seemed to make much progress on the case. When I began to suspect ...that he wasn't doing any work on my case, I began to research him. I discovered numerous licensing issues (suspensions and censures) from the State of Tennessee that had not been disclosed prior to entering into a attorney/client contract. In order to get my legal issues settled, I had to call daily for about 2 weeks. I had a very poor experience with this attorney, would not hire him again, nor would I recommend him at all.

I met Mr. Terry in Feb 2010. I paid him half of his fee, and met with him 2 weeks later to pay the balance for my divorce. I have not heard from Mr. Terry to date. I have left numerous messages and made several attempts to see him. He is no longer at the office where I met with him. I am very disappo...inted and I feel like the biggest fool ever. I did not know his history until I went to the court to find out about my divorce.
