John Thomas Quinton Horner

After successfully obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering, I went to work for a civil site design firm where I began developing an approach to engineering based on core fundamentals of client communication, professional ethics and value engineering.  It wasn’t until after becoming the executor of my deceased fathers estate that I began to realize the responsibility and power held by those who were able to speak on behalf of those that could not – attorneys.  It was that period of humility, frustration, intrigue, and dependency when I found himself in the unique position once quoted by Yogi Berra - “If you come to a fork in the road, take it”.  Currently licensed in Tennessee and by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, I approch my practice never forgetting the emotions I experienced while having others speak when I couldn’t.  Advocacy and understanding for my clients concerns are past lessons learned that today set me apart from the crowd.
