We implemented the plan , and it solved a small portion of my problem. Mr. Fowler had earned $1000 of my $2500 deposit. He calls & wants to drive to see me in person, which will take an hour of drive time each way. He arrives only to inform me that he is not capable of solving my problem. He says he has now earned the remainder of my $2500 deposit. Therefore, instead of informing me by phone, email or mail, he elected to drive to see me and use the remainder of my deposit & offered no refund whatsoever. This is very "SHADY."

I could not be happier with the outcome of my case.
