He was rarely ever able to be reached by email or phone. There was no preparation for the case until 24 hours before the case. No attempts were made to communicate with opposing counsel until 24 hours beforehand and at that point it was too late. Opposing counsel stated that it was the fact their peo...ple had to go to court again which is why they decided to throw the book at me and make an example. I was promised that hiring would result in a better financial situation and the result was essentially break even after hiring the firm because of their lack of preparation. I also found their team lacking in empathy and ability to communicate. At no point, did I feel like they had my best interest at heart. I was just a paycheck to them.

I found myself in need of a lawyer who could file an injunction in a hurry and Chase Rudd was on it. He was professional, thorough, and kept me informed throughout the process. I felt his answers were prompt and concise. In the end I got everything I wanted with minimal concessions all at a very fair... price. I hired William (Chase) Rudd b/c he seemed very confident & will-powered, & I figured he'd be a great candidate to fight for my case. After I paid the retainer, however, I learned that I was completely wrong. I had to do ALL of the leg work. It was like I was doing HIS job for him. Furthermore, he do...esn't listen & he is very impatient. If you want to feel degraded & straight up dumb, then hire him b/c he'll be sure to do that. He also chooses which emails to respond to & the ones he does respond to, he'll choose what questions to answer. You can choose what to do, but I highly suggest not to waste your time, energy, or money into this "lawyer." He has nothing to offer other than headaches & more stress. He promised me that my case would be dropped, then (after paying him) he wasn't so confident.
