Martin Carlos Giner

This lawyer helped me NONE, in fact, he actually hurt my case. Martin Giner gave me no directions at all. When I would ask him "What should we do?", he would respond consistently, "What do you want to do?". I do understand that he cannot tell me what to do, but some guidance and direction would be ...nice. I am actually paying him to revert the question back to me. If I knew my best plan of action, then his services would have never been rendered in the first place. He was totally run over by the defendant in this case and I am very unimpressed. Mr. Giner was definitely great about keeping you informed about the bills and your retainer and that's about the extent of it. I am in the process of trying to undo Mr. Giner's mistake and considering other actions.
