Joseph Allan Weir

Tennessee native Joe Weir received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and his J.D. with honors from Drake University Law School in 2005. He spent the first few years of his career in Nashville defending insurance companies against injured or wronged people. He saw firsthand how easy it was for the insurance companies to unfairly treat individuals who were only seeking justice.

Today, Joe uses that experience to put himself in the shoes of his clients and apply effective strategies for maximizing results as one of Smyrna and Middle Tennessee’s top personal injury attorneys. Joe’s philosophy is that every case (regardless of size) is important because our Tennessee law office represents people, not corporations.

Joe, his wife and son make their home in Rutherford County, right in the heart of Middle Tennessee.
