Hi, I'm Johnny Ellis.
I'm a 5TH generation Tennessee attorney, practicing for the past 30 years with a General Civil practice located in Old Hickory. I have practiced in all the civil courts involving large and small matters in Middle Tennessee, but have traveled to Knoxville, Jackson and Memphis, and will also handle Appeals that are within my primary fields of practice. I do not give Tax Advice.
I spend time personally helping clients navigate administration of Estates in Probate Courts, and drafting Wills and Trusts. Everyone needs a Last Will, and they are not expensive.
I'm experienced in a wide range of Real Estate issues, having worked in the Mortgage industry and operating a Title company from 1996-2005. Contested ownership of land, easements, boundary disputes and clearing title problems is a big part.
I prepare various Business documents to form corporations and LLC's with a goal of asset protection.
