Does not communicate or follow-through
We had a terrible experience with her. She doesn't communicate. She did not answer emails asking if a letter had been received. All it would have taken was a one sentence reply - one word would have done it. We hired her to review a letter and respond, and she isn't 100% sure her response was ever s...
