Daniel Jeremiah Murphy

Daniel Murphy, was thrown into the middle of my case. I was on bond for over 2 years and the law firm kept switching my lawyers. When Mr. Murphy came into my case he was very professional and made sure to reassure me on the end goal. He asked me what I wanted as a result and he strived to achieve it.... Which he eventually did. I was facing 1 B Felony, 4 D Felonies, and 2 class A misdemeanors totaling a little under 25 years if stacked, 8-12 yconcurrent. After multiple disputes, consultations and continuations all my D felonies were dropped and the B felony was reduced to a C. And I do not have to serve any jail time, just many years on community corrections! I could not have asked for a better result! Go with Daniel Murphy! He will take your needs and goals and put them into play. Thanks Daniel!

Daniel has represented me on a variety of issues over the past 7-8 years. Each and every time, he has surprised me at the level of communication, empathy, and most importantly KNOWLEDGE. He kept me informed anytime there were changes. Take every "lawyer joke" you've ever heard, and I can assure you, ...Daniel is the opposite. On the other 2 reviews: I call BS. The spelling, punctuation, and grammar (similar in both) is terrible. Appears to be written by the same person that is not pleased with the firm Mr. Murphy WAS associated with; and quite frankly, if a case is based on BAD facts; the outcome can only be so good. I would recommend (AND HAVE) to anyone I know.
