I have represented a variety of clients charged with criminal offenses including both misdemeanor/felony drug possession, both aggravated and domestic assault, aggravated burglary/robbery, numerous sex offenses, firearms charges, and various thefts.

I have represented many clients charged with DUI, both adults and underaged, including Boating under the influence. Many of these cases include blood tests taken by consent and/or a search warrant. Primary concerns are mainly jail time and license.

Whether a simple possession of marijuana or narcotics, large felony drug cases involving "intent to resale", and/or felony manufacture, delivery, or sale indictments, I have represented many clients navigate the complexity of drug cases in court.

I routinely represent individuals charged in State court with various firearms offenses which are usually connected to a drug case or prior felony convictions. Including Unlawful Possession of a Weapon during the commission of a felony.
